The first article accepted for my special issue of Evolving Systems on Applications of Kasabov's Evolving Connectionist Systems is now available online. This article is a comprehensive review of the mechanisms and applications of evolving spiking neural networks. I can thoroughly recommend this article to anyone interested in spiking networks.
